Meeting Rooms

Hamilton House offers a selection of meeting rooms which are available to both tenants or external users on an hourly or daily basis. These range in size from the Hamilton Suite which can accommodate up to 50 people to smaller rooms which accommodate up to 6 people.

The Hamilton Suite

This impressive function room benefits from views overlooking Victoria Embankment and Temple Gardens can seat either 25 people around the large conference table or up to 50 people in a theatre style layout. It provides the following facilities:

Audio visual equipment
Projector
44" plasma screen
DVD video player
Catering facilities

In House clients
1 hour @ £50.00 (after 6pm £65.00)
Whole day @ £350.00 (9am till 5pm)

Outside clients
1 hour @ £60.00 (9am till 5pm)
£75.00 at all other times

ALL OFF THE ABOVE CHARGES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF VAT.

6-Person Meeting Room

Hamilton House has three conference rooms capable of seating up to 6 people.

Price Per Hour: £15.00 per hour (1 hour minimum booking)
Price Per Day: £105.00 per day (09:00am-17:00pm)

10-Person Meeting Room

For smaller board meetings there is also a conference room capable of seating up to 10 people.

Price Per Hour: £20.00 per hour (1 hour minimum booking)
Price Per Day: £140.00 per day (09:00am-17:00pm)
